Kyivstar has announced that it has increased its ownership stake in the Helsi service from 69.99% to 97.99%.

• The company emphasized that the deal will not affect Helsi’s operations. The current management structure, led by co-founders Yevhen Donets and Yevhen Hubych, will remain in place, and the team will continue developing digital healthcare (eHealth) in Ukraine.
• Another co-founder, Samvel Hakobyan, will maintain a strategic role as a member of the Supervisory Board.

Since the initial agreement between Helsi and Kyivstar in August 2022, shareholders have invested around UAH 240 million into the development of Helsi as of the end of March 2025. Between 2023 and 2024, annual revenue grew by approximately 40% year-on-year, while the number of employees increased from 160 in December 2022 to nearly 240 by December 2024. The company also plans to hire several dozen more team members this year.

• As of early 2025, Helsi had around 29 million registered patients.
• Between December 2022 and December 2024, the number of app users grew 2.5 times.
• In March 2025 alone, users created about 229,000 medical appointments per day through the service, and total app downloads exceeded 10 million.
