The Ukrainian Startup Fund has announced the results of three recent Pitch Days and revealed the winning teams. As usual, the selected startups received $25,000 or $50,000 in development grants. Here are the 15 startups that received funding:

• COMPET AI – A service that provides fast, affordable, and insightful analysis of competitors, markets, and target audiences — all in just a few clicks.
• FLUX HR – An AI-powered video interview platform that automates and accelerates the hiring process. The interview feels like a regular video call but is managed by artificial intelligence.
• SPRY – A platform that analyzes company-wide calendars and offers additional tools to enhance communication and optimize meeting coordination.
• CRAFTRUDER – Addresses the high cost and duration of construction by offering innovative craft blocks with designs that cannot be reproduced using traditional technologies.
• NUMO ADHD – An AI-powered program designed to support productivity and mental health in adults and adolescents with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) symptoms.
• STACKBOB – A platform with a unique browser that allows organizations to manage employee access and software licenses for over 300,000 applications — without the need for additional infrastructure.
• QUDI MASK 2 – A smart mask that makes self-expression more fun and accessible by projecting a personalized AI avatar in real life.
• MARV 2EX – A system for monitoring dust in moist explosive gases in hazardous industrial processes.
• PATCHWORK – An innovative mobile app for children with autism spectrum disorders, designed to help develop cognitive and motor skills.
• NAPIY – An innovative foodtech product: a fast, tasty, and affordable meal replacement solution.
• SVITYLO – An interactive platform for medical students offering a unique, integrated approach to education aimed at increasing training efficiency and saving time.
• WOLK – A platform that validates candidates and conducts initial interviews, reducing the risk of bad hires. In just a few clicks, companies can find candidates in the app, where AI recommends the best fits, helping reduce onboarding costs.
